I practice <strong data-start=\"518\" data-end=\"529\">Qi Gong<\/strong> as a daily way of inhabiting my body through listening and cultivating vital energy with presence.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"637\" data-end=\"872\">I enjoy the simple: <strong data-start=\"660\" data-end=\"680\">walk barefoot<\/strong>, feeling the earth, swimming in the ocean, sharing silence, and caring for what surrounds me. I live in an environment in harmony with nature, which is a fundamental part of my inner balance.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"874\" data-end=\"1138\">I consider myself a <strong data-start=\"890\" data-end=\"919\">highly sensitive man<\/strong>, with a deep connection to animals and the forces of nature.
