Along the way, I&#039;ve tried many therapies and healing approaches. Some helped me profoundly, others less so. Over time, I realized that, in many cases, what seemed like a path to wellness only reinforced internal struggle and self-imposed pressure.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"755\" data-end=\"1220\">Influenced by our culture, the world of self-help, and some mentors, I believed the key lay in controlling my impulses, trying harder, becoming better, spending more time on spiritual practices, or strengthening my willpower. But in reality, all of this only intensified the conflict. <strong data-start=\"1054\" data-end=\"1218\">I know what it&#039;s like to feel trapped in that struggle, trapped in repetitive patterns, with a burning desire for change inside, and I also know there&#039;s a way out.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1222\" data-end=\"1784\">Therefore, my work is not based on demanding more from you, but rather on helping you look compassionately at what you are experiencing.
