The power of healing in community
There is something deeply healing in being listened to without judgment.
In a safe group space, our experiences find resonance. What seemed isolated becomes shared. What hurt in silence begins to be understood. And joys, when celebrated in company, transform into jubilation.
The healing and growth that come from being part of a group cannot be achieved in the same way through an individual process. There is something unique and profoundly human that occurs in connecting with others who are open to self-discovery.
Healing in community is about remembering that we are not alone. It's about practicing compassion—for others and for ourselves—and allowing that shared presence to sustain and strengthen our inner journey.
Those who have a strong sense of love and belonging have the courage to be imperfect.

Frequently Asked Questions
Each meeting begins with a guided internal exploration, a space to connect with yourself and recognize what is alive in your experience at that moment.
We then open a space for sharing, where each person can express whatever they need. From there, the meeting develops according to the needs of the group and what emerges in the interaction. Throughout the meetings, guided exercises, subgroup dynamics, work on common themes that arise, and also specific practices of the IFS approach can be included, such as: sculpting of parts, role plays, outsourcing of parts or individual work in the presence of the group (demonstration type), always on a voluntary basis.
My facilitation approach isn't based on a rigid structure. I use various resources and dynamics as available possibilities, but I'm primarily guided by listening and presence. I accompany the group through what's present in each encounter, and I propose what, based on the IFS model, can offer greater clarity, integration, or support at that moment.
It's perfectly okay to feel insecure or shy at first. In this group, there are no requirements for participation: you can find your rhythm, share when you feel like it, and listen when you need to. The space is designed to be safe, respectful, and pressure-free. Often, just being present begins a meaningful process of connection and integration.
Payment is monthly and can be made by bank transfer or card payment via Stripe.
For ease of access, this group operates with a sliding scaleYou choose the value that is sustainable for you, within this range:
-
🟢 60 €/month
For people with limited income or in a tight financial situation. -
🔵 80 €/month
For those who can contribute an intermediate amount. -
🟣 100 €/month
For those with greater economic capacity, including people from countries with greater purchasing power.
You don't need to justify your choice. I trust you'll know how to choose the value that's possible for you at this moment, from self-care to respect for the group.
Yes. When the group is full, I open a waiting list for future openings. If someone decides to leave the group, I offer an admissions interview to the next person on the list.
The commitment is monthly, so the fees for any meetings you miss will not be discounted. However, it's completely normal that at some point you won't be able to participate. You can let me know in advance and, if you wish, share something in writing to keep things on track.
After the initial three-month commitment, you can leave the group whenever you need. I just ask that you let me know ahead of time so I can support your exit and ensure the group's progress.
Emotional coexistence in a group can bring challenges, as well as opportunities for growth. If tension arises, we will seek to address it from the Self and the framework of respect that sustains the space. As a facilitator, I will be available to accompany and mediate in any situation that requires support or joint review.
