Understanding ourselves to heal

I've spent the last 15 years exploring different ways to heal, feel at peace with myself, and create more fulfilling relationships. Along the way, I've tried many therapies and healing approaches. Some helped me profoundly, others less so. Over time, I realized that, in many cases, what seemed like a path to wellness only reinforced internal struggle and self-imposed pressure.

Influenced by our culture, the world of self-help, and some mentors, I believed the key lay in controlling my impulses, trying harder, becoming better, spending more time on spiritual practices, or strengthening my willpower. But in reality, all of this only intensified the conflict. I know what it's like to feel trapped in that struggle, trapped in repetitive patterns, with a burning desire for change inside, and I also know there's a way out.

That's why my work isn't about demanding more from you, but rather about helping you look at what you're experiencing with compassion. You'll discover that the challenges you face have profound meaning, and that it's not about "fixing" yourself or fighting against yourself, but rather about understanding yourself with warmth and presence.

Through the IFS model and emotional coaching, I help you explore the real needs behind your patterns, understand why you haven't been able to satisfy them until now, and create the internal conditions necessary to address them with greater clarity and kindness.

A little more about me

In addition to accompanying transformation processes, there are many things that nourish me and remind me of who I am.

I'm passionate about surfing, that constant dialogue with the sea that connects me with presence, humility, and joy. I practice Qi Gong as a daily way of inhabiting my body through listening and cultivating vital energy with presence.

I enjoy the simple: walk barefoot, feeling the earth, swimming in the ocean, sharing silence, and caring for what surrounds me. I live in an environment in harmony with nature, which is a fundamental part of my inner balance.

I consider myself a highly sensitive man, with a deep connection to animals and the forces of nature. This sensitivity, far from being a weakness, is a source of perception, intuition, and depth that I also bring to my therapeutic work.

Like everyone, I'm still on the journey. Learning to be more present, to live with less demands and more compassion, both for myself and for others.

Frequently Asked Questions

Each meeting begins with a guided internal exploration, a space to connect with yourself and recognize what is alive in your experience at that moment.

We then open a space for sharing, where each person can express whatever they need. From there, the meeting develops according to the needs of the group and what emerges in the interaction. Throughout the meetings, guided exercises, subgroup dynamics, work on common themes that arise, and also specific practices of the IFS approach can be included, such as: sculpting of parts, role plays, outsourcing of parts or individual work in the presence of the group (demonstration type), always on a voluntary basis.

My facilitation approach isn't based on a rigid structure. I use various resources and dynamics as available possibilities, but I'm primarily guided by listening and presence. I accompany the group through what's present in each encounter, and I propose what, based on the IFS model, can offer greater clarity, integration, or support at that moment.

It's perfectly okay to feel insecure or shy at first. In this group, there are no requirements for participation: you can find your rhythm, share when you feel like it, and listen when you need to. The space is designed to be safe, respectful, and pressure-free. Often, just being present begins a meaningful process of connection and integration.

Payment is monthly and can be made by bank transfer or card payment via Stripe.

For ease of access, this group operates with a sliding scaleYou choose the value that is sustainable for you, within this range:

  • 🟢 60 €/month
For people with limited income or in a tight financial situation.

  • 🔵 80 €/month
For those who can contribute an intermediate amount.

  • 🟣 100 €/month
For those with greater economic capacity, including people from countries with greater purchasing power.

You don't need to justify your choice. I trust you'll know how to choose the value that's possible for you at this moment, from self-care to respect for the group.

Yes. When the group is full, I open a waiting list for future openings. If someone decides to leave the group, I offer an admissions interview to the next person on the list.

The commitment is monthly, so the fees for any meetings you miss will not be discounted. However, it's completely normal that at some point you won't be able to participate. You can let me know in advance and, if you wish, share something in writing to keep things on track.

After the initial three-month commitment, you can leave the group whenever you need. I just ask that you let me know ahead of time so I can support your exit and ensure the group's progress.

Emotional coexistence in a group can bring challenges, as well as opportunities for growth. If tension arises, we will seek to address it from the Self and the framework of respect that sustains the space. As a facilitator, I will be available to accompany and mediate in any situation that requires support or joint review.
